THE PROJECT

One operation.
Multiple connected layers.

Makinexa developed a website and an ecosystem of tools connecting guests, property owners, financial information and internal operations at Visit Mexico Homes.

This is not a lab concept. The modules emerged from the daily needs of an active business and evolve independently to protect systems already in production.

OPERATIONAL IMPACT

Less guesswork.
More daily control.

Digitizing processes has helped the Visit Mexico Homes team organize tasks, access operational information outside the office and anticipate each property's needs.

For example, property-level inventory helps identify supplies that need restocking ahead of time, so purchases can be planned before the next cleaning rather than requiring last-minute checks or extra trips.

Cleaning, maintenance, pool service and reporting modules make daily follow-up easier and reduce reliance on scattered messages and manual tracking. These are observed operational improvements; no savings or productivity percentages are claimed without verified measurements.
